Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads or software licenses.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at sale@brenavique.shop within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send back your product.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sale@brenavique.shop with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
