Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
