1. What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of smart sonar devices designed for fishing, including the Deeper Smart Sonar CHIRP+ 3, CHIRP+ 2 with Limited Edition Colors, Sonar PRO+ 2, Sonar PRO, and Fishfinder START. Our products help anglers detect fish and underwater structures with ease.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact our customer service at sale@brenavique.shop for assistance.
4. What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and expedited shipping. Orders over $48 qualify for free standard shipping. Standard shipping costs $4.90, and expedited shipping costs $8.80.
5. How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping generally delivers within 2–3 business days.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.
7. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns may apply.
